Her more than 25 trial victories include a verdict of $2,032,500 on behalf of an employee who was retaliated against for speaking out about health care, an $850,000 verdict in a sexual harassment retaliation case, and a $2,792,000 verdict for two plaintiffs in a whistleblower claim. Most recently, in 2018, Ms. Neumann obtained a verdict of $312,892.00 against a local business in Sonoma County Superior Court for age discrimination in employment.
A graduate of Duke University School of Law, Ms. Neumann has focused her career on representing employees since 1996 and has been a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA) since 1999 and is also a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association and the Sonoma County Bar Association. Due to her experience, she has been asked to teach at numerous state, local and national conferences on trial practice and employment law issues. Ms. Neumann has also argued before various state and federal courts of appeals, including arguing successfully before both the Missouri Supreme Court and the Minnesota Supreme Court. While practicing in Minnesota, Ms. Neumann was certified as a Labor and Employment Law Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association. Ms. Neumann has been designated a "Super Lawyer" in California every year from 2016 to 2024 and was designated a "Super Lawyer" in Minnesota in 2014 and 2015.
